i am crap also sometimes,like i start a deathmatch and i got 0 kill and 5 death then i start killin.

Yes i did, how do you know how they're doing ? You just simply wait or you have to withdraw the team ?

withdraw them every 24 hour,theu will do 3 or 4 match (if they don't loose)
