autolock with L then first personn view with R ,aim up a little with the stick and bang headshot!!!!!

you have to do that very quickly,but i mess up oftenly with that technique.

you can try also the straffing head shot :

autolock,first personn view,straffe with the d-pad while you aim with the stick. it 's a good technique as you keep moving.
